The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

have you checked them for lumps?
Testical cancer is a the biggest cancer in men for the ages of 18-40. though its probably unlikley it would be wise to check.

otherwise pulling and pushing to hard on your piece could have done it.
pro-hormones should not cause it as most poeple who take steroids do not say their balls ache, if any thing they say the opposite.

Sometimes you can get epididymitis from heavy straining. If so, it should clear up with an antibiotic, so you might want to see your "health care provider" (or whatever the current Canadian term is for what used to be called a doctor). I don't see how you could get pain from prohormones, but from what I've read, you don't get any positive effects unless you take several times the officially recommended dose, and you can get negative side effects like increased estrogen, increased low density cholesterol, decreased high density cholesterol, etc., so be careful!

    Thanks for the advice.

I think it could be epididymitis, must go get some antibiotics.

oddly enough i was reading through this month's Natural Health magazine and i ran across this little snippet. it isn't very clear...not sure if it applies, but i will type verbatim what it says. (incidentally this column is where readers write in on their problems and other readers offer advice)

    " Tips for Groin Pain

    R. Taylor from Jackson Miss., wrote in regarding her son's testicular pain.
A Reader from South Dakota responded via email: This pain could be the result of trigger points (knots of muscle tension) in his outer thigh or outer abdominal muscles. An experienced massage therapist who understands trigger points may be able to offer relief. Energy work like therapeautic touch or reiki are also promising for pain releif.

Another reader from Vail, Colo., responded via email: The pain may result from an irritate lumo-sacral nerve root. Also, injuries like joint problems can lead to pain in the testicles. As a physical therapis, I recmmend a screening by a manually trained therapist or chiropractor."

now this is barring anything else wrong. my suggestion would be to get checked out by a doctor, because it maybe epididymitis, it might be an early warning sign for testicular cancer, and it may just be idiopathic. Get checked first.
