Well well well, another online journal for me. I had one up before on www.Sherdog.com but I'm transferring over to here since I will be changing over to WBB#1 as of Monday, April 11th 2005.
My body fat percentage I have no idea about, probably about 20%? I'll be keeping a detailed journal of my progression and maybe even the foods I eat! Hell, I might even post pictures of my progress! Lets go bitches.
When I was about 6 I was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor, its a cancer of the kidney. The doc's gave me Chemotherapy and it got rid of the virus. It came back, even stronger then before and I had to get my kidney removed. But now, 11 years later I'm stronger then ever before. I am reminded of the **** I had to go through everyday because of the scars on my stomach/chest.
Keep yourself motivated. Lift the ****ing weight.
But on this note, I am not going to be taking any supplements or any**** like that to try to "speed up" the process. All natural, the only thing I might add in is multi-vitamins.

For those who don't know what a PR is, its a personal record in the gym. Lets go.
Bench Press - 135lbs x 3
Deadlift - Haven't maxed out yet
Squat - Same as above
Will max both Squat and Deadlift this week and update those numbers.
Cut bodyfat % down to about 15 or so. Get to at least 200lbs on all three main lifts, some a little more or a little less than others.
