I'm on a 3 day spit and got a routine. I need help with the sets and reps.Here's what I got right now for the sets and reps....
1st set - 10 reps
2nd set - 8 reps (+10lb)
3rd set - 6 reps (+20lb)
So does that look good to everyone else?? I do that for all my exersices.

Thats a little vague...a 10 or 20 pound increase on a bench is nothing...but on something like curls its alot...so thats not really a good thing to say...check out my journal for my 3 day split
You have it backwards. You can't add 10 lbs and drop a few reps to determine your gains. You need to tell me what you want to accomplish first.
