The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Tendonitis and you

Has anyone had tendonitis in their anterior calve area? This **** KILLS. I'm taking a PrednISONE 10mg series of pills to help the inflammation and I'm on day 4 of the treatment but I'll be damned if the irritation isn't at the same level.

How has others healing time been? This is a huge damper on everything I do since it pains me to walk uphill, downhill, squat, dead, you name it.

This is the area I'm referring to: http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/TibialisAnterior.html

It is only in my left leg, not the right..

I had it in my ankle. The only thing that helped was to stop running. It went away after a few months.

UHHH tendonitis! I've had it in both knees. mainly right knee and now it's been attacking my elbows. I take anti-inflammatory supplements like bromelain and quercitin which speeds recovery but the best way to heal it is don't do what irritates it. It's tough. Especially in the calf. YOu many just have to take time off

I hate the thought of taking time off. I'm afraid of deflating!
