My stats- 5'11.5", 320 Ch 58, A 22, W 38, L 31.5, C 19.5
(Hurt my knee so I had to take off of lower body for a while)

Seated Calf- 12x180
Hamstring Curls- Stackx25
Smith Squats(ATF)- 405x8, 315x20
