ok well ive tried everything so far so maybe having a journal will help me track my progress more thoroughly.
been liftin since i was 16. (maybe thats why im so short) been liftin seriously since april of this year and have made some great progress. I finally started eating right and sleeping good and a solid training schedule but have since hit a plateau i cant get passed i have been stuck at 285 (bench) for 2 months now.
goals: to get past my plateau and get back to previous wieght of 150lbs.

tuesday- bi's, back
thurs-chest, shoulders, tri's
I train my abs 3 times a week but no set days.
Cardio- cycling 3 times a week 20 miles each session , and some light jogging on the treadmill on the days i dont cycle. I play basketball pretty much everyday for at least 30 mins.
