    Hows this bulk diet look clean or dirty?

    Looks ok to me.

    My personal preference would be to see less carbs and slightly more fats, but considering your age and current size, it won't be much of an issue IMO.
    Vin Diesel has a fever.. and the only prescription is more cowbell.

    i agree with powermandl. you may want to get more protein from whole foods rather than getting so much from shakes

    I'll try to get more of my protein from whole foods. Getting 132g out of 379g from shakes. Thinking about throwing some beef jerky in there.

    Overall calories and energy expenditure are going to be more important when it comes to fat gain on a bulk, not necessarily how "clean" or "dirty" your food sources are.

    There's really no need for that much protein. At 157lbs, you'd be fine with low 200s.

    I also agree with getting more fats. Throw in some olive or flax seed oil with those protein shakes and maybe try out some natty PB or nuts.

    It does look fine however.
