Hey I appreciate everyone who is gonna help me on this.
ok my name is Brian Chrisman I live in Sarasota Florida and I am 24 years old.
I am 6'6" 262 lbs.
I am not trying to get bulky but I would like to be more muscular and cut.
ok i have been lifting for about a year now and I really haven't seen much if any size (muscle size) Now I will be honest I have a gut and some man boobs (not to to big but nevertheless they exist) Everyone says you need to eat but I have eaten (in the past lol thats why I have the fat!) But what should I do to lose the fat and pack on muscle? What do I do to feed the muscle but lose the fat?
Anyway I will be glad to share anyother pertinate information feel free to ask.
my work is basically the brute strength workout in flex magazine not sure if anyone is familiar with but I all I am gaining is strength so I figured I would go with the strength workout for the 6 mnths of the program. Anyway I am know wondering about size that is why I have listed this post.
