    Rehab Work Out.

I just got my cast off last week and I just got the use of my hand back so I am going to start rehabilitating and made up a little workout. I do 2 sets 15-20 reps for each exercise because I need to tone up and get use to the weight.

    BenchPress: 20lb
    Incline BP: 20lb
    BB Curls: 10lb
    Tri Ext: 10lb
    Tri Press: 20lb
    Shou.Press: 20lb
    UprightRow: 20lb

I dont need any help with my rehab routine but was just wondering if it would be ok if I did it everyday because it is so light or do I need to rest a day or two after?

You do realize that your back and your legs are indeed part of your body, right?

Well my back is hurting so I dont want to do any back exercises(for now). And i have been doing just my legs (while my cast was on) so they can use a few weeks off to rest.

Just stick to your regular routine and lift lighter until your body gets used to lifting heavy again. No need to rest your legs. What's wrong with your back?
