    Can someone help me with a muscle building routine?

    Will someone please help me make a good muscle building routine. Im 17 6 foot and weigh 145, i want to become a bodybuilder but i suck at making weight lifting routines, someone please help me.

    well you can first start by looking at some of the WBB routines and there's also a sticky "on what a bodybuider eats"
