    WBB #2 Warm Up Question-

    In the FAQ for WBB#2 it suggests Adding 2-3 warm up sets pyramiding down for each exercise... what does pyramiding down mean?

    It means starting with light weight and high reps and building up the weight each set while decreasing the reps.
    12 reps at 50lb
    10 reps at 60
    8 reps at 70
    6 reps at 80
    Train with your brain not your heart
