    hey guys im still here but still no consistent internet.. but dont worry i will up date tomorrow a bit cause im still killing it in myw/os i hit a PR on reps for shoulder press with 205x6 and everything else is pretty ace still.. i promise as soon as i move into my new place i will be post whoring like a mofo...

    man for me going kinda light today it was a hell of a w/o but that could be cause i got a lil wasted lastnight and it could be i didnt really eat before i went except for a kit kat but man it felt good.. my technique on bench is feeling nice and tight (thanks CP) nice steady and slow with every rep hitting my chest (no bouncing what so ever) ok until tomorrow where i will either hit some delts or back who knows... thanks for everyones support it means a lot

    heh, anyways, great workouts bro. I was totally unaware you started a new journal. See how often I'm on here snooping these days. Anyways, tomorrow... er... today (since it's 2am) we're hitting Bis, Tris, and Hammy's right? I normally wouldn't do hammy's today but I didn't get time to do 'em with my squat workout.

    I'm starting with 30mins elliptical, then the workout, and adding some calf raises and abs in at the end of the workout, then 30 more mins of elliptical. You don't gotta stay for all of it.. but that's just a heads up to what I'm doin... gimme a ring around 530ish and we'll chat.
