ok new journal time and this time i will keep it up as much as i possibly can.. back in AZ for good but not all my choice i admit, but the drama is over and im finally getting settled.
quick run down on things right now.
1. back is messed up pretty bad cant squat over 225 without extreme pain, no deads lately either.
2.my RC is feeling better and letting me press heavy once again
3. weight sucks since ive been back its been fast food everyday and worse PIZZA, i gained back 13 lbs mostly fat but im trying to change that now.
