    No one touched on this I think. It sounds like after 315 you jumped all the way up to 400+ so for injury prevention on all of your lifts. You should increase the wt gradually to see where your strength is.

    well, looks like ive got the long jump title of WBB...my junior year i placed 2nd in the regional at 20 ft. 4" 1/4. i was never a great high jumper though...never got over 5'9". my 100m time was decent always hovered around 11.3...200 was about 22.3. couldnt run my senoir year, but i would have been a state qualifier for the long. now im angry. hey cra-z keep at it man lunges and squats always did my long jumping good. and calf raises. i always picked a point on the ground and tried to jump past it. let me know if i can give you any pointers bro

    Nice, I'm jealous of you guys that can jump far. I got to get back to training that.

    20 is pretty good man. I'll probably be able to do close to that anyway when I'm like 17 or so, I'm still growin' quite a bit.
