Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Starbucks

What can you drink at starbucks that is cheap (tall drink) and has little calories? I was looking at a few drinks and some have over 500 cals!!

ive tried looking on my own, on their website, but the nutrition section blows

The juices they sell aren't too high on cals. You could also just drink plain black coffee. Although, if you're really serious about dieting down, I'd stay away from both.

I'm just nit-picky when I diet down. I'd rather pop a few caffiene pills, and save myself the 200-300 extra calories for something else.

umm. reg black coffee has minimal cals. maybe 5 -8 cals for a large coffee. I don't even count them as cals. But FLEX, try this site. It's the same as diet facts but all layed out on one page and categorized, in facts it's where d.f. gets their info. but here it is.

I dunno, I just made a random guess, I'm not a coffee drinker and I despise the taste of it.

Tis essentially calorie-free (and delicious, once you become addicted). I got some decent low-carb creamer that I use when on a lower-carb cut and I enjoy it many times throughout the day. It promotes the release of fatty acids, which is step one in fat-burning (release, mobilization, using it as energy). Plus, organic caffeine is more effective than synthetic, based on a study I've once seen, so it is all gravy.
