    new back pic

    I dont know what the hell is going on with me lately,all i know is im at 178 now and im eating healthy only,instead of fast food garbage..so im not sure if its gonna bulk me or cut me...heh..im not gonna stress about food to much any more,just eat 6 meals with meat and veggies,2 onwhey protien shakes and thats it man...amen

    look pretty good, I especially like the facial expression in the third shot.
    5'11" 185lbs 9% BF
    S/D/B PR's 445x1, 495x5, 335x1......Looking to get stronger and do a PL Meet this summer!

    lol some how i manage to look as dumb as possible in my pics..i just cant avoid it..but im to lazy to scribble my face out.....
