Hey i found this recipe, I was woundering if you guys could help me out and tell me if its any good,
Here it goes....one cup of dry instant oatmeal...10-12 egg whites...one scoop vanilla protein powder...a little cinnamin...2-3 packets EQUAL(optional)....heat up a frying pan on med-high and spray with PAM....mix concoction in a blender for a minute or so...pour on the pan and cook like a pancake....
About 55-60 grams carbs,a few grams of fat,and 60-65 grams of protein...
soounds ok but to make it better id throw in a few spoonfuls of PB
