As some may already know I'm new to working out (9 months). My ultimate goal is a six pack. I've got a two pack going right now but am having trouble with the lower abs. What do you all advise? How often and how many reps?
For those of you that don't know me, I've lost 30 lbs. in the past 9 months and am down to 176 at 5' 11". I just started a supplement schedule that I just recently posted on the supplement forum (if you care to take a look). I'm also very careful of what I eat. Looking to gain 10 lbs. of muscle.
It's all in your diet. Get low body fat, and you'll have your 6-pack.
Run. Diet. Gain muscle. Repeat.
