    I'am with yah on that. I don't wanna be too thin as to feel I run into something and break a rib cause i have no padding. haha. I think I'am shooting somewhere near 9% by july. I'am at 14.something right now. Don't know if it will happen but i hope i can lost 1 or 2% atleast. If I don't see good results within the next month I will increase hitt sessions.

    to add a question to the original post...
    when you start reaching low fat percentages (i.e. less than 12%), do you just continue with the slight caloric deficit (and risk losing muscle), or do you follow some other method (i.e. CKD, UD2.0...)
