    Hack Squat(s)

    So, there's two different 'hack squats," no? One with the machine and one with a BB. I'm confused about the different between a BB hack squat and a behind-the-back deadlift.

    ive never heard of a behind the back deadlift, but that accurately describes a bb hack squat
    the grass could be greener, and itll always be greener on the other side, but you just never know....this could be the one

    Hack squats are more of an angle of about 120-130 degrees wrather then the 90 degree normal squatting angle.
