both my knees sound like rice crispies when I walk up stairs and do squats. I wear my iPod and crank it really loud so I don't have to hear it...doesn't hurt, but the sound makes me sick.

My right wrist clicks because I was in a fight a few years ago. I have no problems with it or pain at all.

Your elbow might be something else though. Does it hurt at all, or it just clicks?

I personally have that all the time, for as long as i can remember, to stop the clicking, when you bench or do pushups or whatever (although this is a little confusing) all you have to do is keep your elbows directly under your wrists, the clicking occurs when you push on an angle.

more than likely its the tendons just snapping around your joints...unless its painfull, I wouldn't worry to much about it....as soon as it becomes painfull you better see a doctor and/or give the injury time to heal.

my IT band which runs up and down parts of your leg does the same thing where it attaches to my knee..... it doesn't hurt, but the more i stretch it out, the better it feels, as it loosens up.

My elbows and wrists have been clicking ever since I remember picking up weights. I can have them click anytime.... some people have commented on it but I feel no pain so I just keep on keepin' on.

It dosent hurt at all and when I do the same movements without weights theres either no sound or minimal sound. I going to try what bigwhitecancer says and see if it makes a difference.

I woke up once with a tendon in my leg stuck on the knobby part of my ankle. When I moved my foot it unstuck and snapped back a few cm's onto my leg bone. Hurt like a rubber band and scared the crap outta me

most of the time the clicking is just gas escaping from your joints. my ankles click and crack every time i take a step. it mostly pisses me off just because i can never be a stealthy ninja

I have the same problem, and when I went to a chiropractor he told me pretty much the same thing, only he called it the warning signs of tennis elbow.

There haven't been any problems since I first noticed the clicking, no pain, nothing. The sound though... is intolerable!
