    Sorry if this is ******ed

    Ok sorry if im being an idiot here but are there more then the WBB#1 and #2 routines??? I think ive heard references of a #3 or something, im not sure. I feel at my current stage im past the need of WBB#1 and WWB#2 doesnt seem like it will give me the intenstity I already have... just wanted to know if the set progressed any further.
