    Post workout shake then meal?

    Hey im 17, 6 foot, i weigh 148 lbs. After i get done with lifting weights i take my post workout drink, About 1 hour later i consume a meal. Which one of the below meals is better to have at this time?

    Choice1
    Egg Beaters 42 grams of protein, 6 carbs, 210 calories
    Canned Potatoes 32 carbs, 150 calories
    1/2 cup Oatmeal 27 carbs, 3 fat, 5 protein, 150 calories
    Piece shredded wheat 15 carbs, .5 fat, 70 calories

    Total Calories-580
    Total Protein-47
    Total Carbs-80
    Total Fat-3.5

    Choice2
    Egg Beaters 42 grams of protein, 6 carbs, 210 calories
    3/4 cup oatmeal 40 carbs, 4.5 fat, 7.5 protein, 225 calories
    2 pieces shredded wheat 30 carbs, 1 fat, 140 calories

    age: 19
    MY RAW LIFTS
    OLD.........................................Current
    weight: 190..............................206
    Bench Press: 300lbs.......................?????
    Squat: 450lbs...............................?????
    Deadlift: 475..................................????
    Power Clean: 285lbs.......................?????
