Working shoulders and triceps after chest
Is it ok to work you shoulders and triceps the day after you work your chest?

If I were to start from scratch as a young 13 year old again, I would do every press, squat, and perhaps deadlifts, for my entire career with chains. -- Dan John
I do a push/pull split so I work them the same day. I don't think I could do them the next day though do to basically working the same muscle group twice in a 24 hour period.
