    more advice

    i need to gain as much muscle as possible in two months. i'm talkin about having the cuts and everything. i'm about to start taking a diet where you lose 5 ibs. in a week. any advice would be apreciated thanks

    I'm not sure it is possible to lose 5lbs in a week? Maybe it is but I doubt it will be all fat. The general rule is if you lose over 2lbs in a week you are losing weight too fast, which means you are losing alot of muscle.

    Yea I would think mostly muscle & water for anything over 2lbs a week.

    5lb per week over 2 months = 40 lbs. Unless you weigh 600 lbs, this would be a bad idea. If you really want to lose 40 lbs in 2 months, cut off your legs.
