    Lower Abs vs. Upper Abs

I know we have some people here who don't think that you can emphasize a certain part of a muscle BUT I was wondering what some good exercises are for my LOWER ABS. My upper abs are fine but lower abs suck basically.

I tried searching this subject but the search thing isn't working... sorry. Anyone know when they'll fix that? It's killin' me.

If your upper abs only are showing, than your lower abs just have too much fat sitting on top of them.

So then if I am trying to bulk up right now, what do you guys suggest that I do?

Should I do some cardio and make sure that I eat enough calories to make up for the loss of energy.
    or
Should I not eat as much fat, or just not eat as much saturated fat. I haven't checked my body fat % but I know it's quite a bit below average.

I'm just wondering which option you guys would think would work better or if there are some better options perhaps.

Check out the sticky on HIIT. It's your key to fat reduction during a bulk.
