    poor oxygen/blood circulation

    Seems like i've had this problem for awhile and I really think it's been affecting my training, recovery and so on. I have cervical spine issues since a accident 6 years ago and just had another accident 6 months ago. I know this has affected blood and oxygen to my head cause i've been light headed for years and never seem to think completly clear for more then a hour or so. But maybe there's more to it. I yawn a lot and when I do moderate exercise I automatically breathe threw my mouth to get more air in. Just really feels like my body is starved of oxygen. Also sometimes it seems injury seems to take awhile to heal. Does anyone have a clue if this could be a symptoms of something else? I'am a bit stuck and getting frustrated with all my issues lately.
