    physical checkup - bicep/back day

    i just had a physical checkup today and they drew blood from my arm. this worries me because im not sure i should have my bicep/back day

    Why not?

    If your arm hurts or something, just take the day off.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    yeah, unless its horribly bruised or something it should be no issue at all. Even if it is all brusied up,I bet it still wouldn't be a problem unless its hurting you and causing your form to suffer.

    it's recommended that you wait an hour before doing heavy work with that arm. thats what my doc said.

    just worried cuz they took it from my arm and i dont know if it would be good to do curls and such.. but yeah it doesnt hurt and isnt serious so i guess ill just go with it

    i just had the checkup this morning and im hittin up the gym tonight so i guess thats alright
