    shaking after workout?

    After i get done working out i notice whenever i handle things or pick things up, my arms start shaking. Is this normal?

    yeah i think its normal after a hard workout, i get it just by walking after squats.

    My legs start shaking sometimes, especially once I get in the car, after a good leg workout.

    I suspect it's just stress on your nervous system. Usually after a good workout my hands will shake mildly for an hour or so.
