i've seen some fucked up threads in my time and this is one of the worst, shredder, dont take his routine, it will work for 2 weeks then u'll complain to us "why have i stopped growing wah wah wah"

my 2 cents on this thread:

"The whole jedi thing was just not compatible with my lifestyle. My master was jelous he was always holding me back, -"be mindfull of the future, but live in the present"- what the hell does that mean? I even got my arm cut off...it just sucked. So i switched to the dark side and i havent looked back once...Now i am shooting lightning from my fingertips, choking people over the phone, i even get to wear a cape.....its just boss. My name is Anikin skywalker and i am a sith lord."

Grip the bar close-grip with your hands close enough they're touching each other, and do a curl. If what you're saying is correct, it will be no harder and no easier than any other curl you've ever done. But I'm betting you're wrong and not only is it more difficult, you'll feel a very hard contraction on the outside bicep.
It's only more difficult because it puts the biceps in a weaker position. Therefore your little theory about working the "outter bicep" is quite flawed.

Also, why is it that if two people do the exact same exercises, their muscles look entirely different....hmmm....maybe genetics does have a role, and this made up bs from muscle magazines is for people who think they can be more knowledgeable by buying and reading that bullshit. I went through the samething. I thank god all the time now, that I found boards like these on the net.

Last word on this subject. For the millionth time, if it were possible to create a difference in the shape of your biceps by performing specific movements, Arnold would have done it. Guess what, he did not! Arnold had a much flatter left biceps than his right. It wasn't because he did things differently for each arm. Did his concentration curls only increase the "peak" in his right arm? No. Did he only perform concentration curls for his right arm? No. Now, can we lay these silly, useless arguments to rest? If you want wider biceps, train them! Make them larger. That is all you can do.
