Last night I had one of the best workouts of my life starting with DL, I figured I would try to pull 405. I decided to do a bunch of singles to build up to it, went like this:
All of those were seriously very easy.
Then I tried 405.
My friend told me my legs got straight too early in the lift and I was basically pulling all with my back, setting myself up for an injury. Luckily the two times a attempted It I didn't get hurt but my back was crushed. The second attemp was better then the 1st, I was about 90% and I just gave up. I know I can do it, I will attempt it either next week or the week after.
