    Good Mornings, Pullthrus, RDLs/Dimel Deads, Sumo Squats.

    Conventional DLs, speed pulls (75-90%), reverse-band DLs, pulls from a deficit (standing on plates)

    75-90 seems a bit high for speed pulls. I do mine at 60%. Dimels at 40%

    If you pull sumo, you'll need the heavier attempts to keep form.

    Sumo is a lot more technique as opposed to conventional which is more brute strength.

    When would be a good time to do sumo's?
    Would you start to do those after you plateau doing regular DL's or just an alternative if you are bored of conventionals?

    Right right. I pull conventional. My squat keeps getting wider and wider though.
