    Headache after Plyometrics(Jumping Exercises)

Yesterday I was doing plyometrics and about half way thru I got a splitting headache and had to stop my workout there. It wasnt just an overall headache it was from the I guess you can say in idiot terms Northeast corner of the head(if your eyes are facing north so to speak). So after I went home I took a nap and it went away naturally.
Today I go to do plyometrics again and blam same thing happens. I take a nap again and its still with me. When I move around a bit fast it feels like my head is going to blow up. Im assuming I should go see a doc?

Get your blood pressure checked. You should see a doctor.
Any recent changes in diet? Stress? Are plyos a new routine for you?

Exercise-induced headaches are very common. A gradual warm-up period can help avoid these.
    I know you're half-crazy, but I wish you'd go all the way.
