I heard behind the kneck press is bad for your shoulders, is it? and why ?
because i find its really good for my traps .. i dont know though if it ****s up your shoulders then i might stop doing it .

I've been doing them for past 4 months and haven't had any troubles....
It puts pressure on your shoulders when they are in external rotation. You won't have a problem with it after 4 months, but you might 5+ years down the road.

I can't do those w/out generating major pain in my right shoulder. I messed it up a while back and even though it healed this is one excercise I can't do anymore.
