climbing out of the plateau!
i posted about a week or two ago that i'd been in a rut for three or four months...well i'm not anymore! i changed my routine to WBB1 and i've added 10 pounds to all my lifts in just one week! my next question is, what routine should i take up after this one plateaus? i'm just so excited about my progress (i feel like i'm actually moving somewhere now), i wanna go ahead and make plans for the future so i don't waste time again.
you'll have a long while to go before this one plateaus. I wouldn't worry about it.
