What kind of split fits this situation best?
right now i am doing a 5 day split in the evenings
in the fall i am gonna do judo just cus i'm cool like that
i'm doing it just for fun pretty much but my lifting goals still remain body building
the class meets tues and thurs during the time i am normaly in the gym
so what kinda split should i have? should i keep my normal split but do it in the mornings? should i do a 3 day full body split so no muscle group is more sore than any other? or should i do a 3 day push/pull/legs split?
