Curious about your thoughts about this.
T-Mag calls it "candy" in a way and doesn't really recommend it, but I was reading the Nutrition facts.. And ...
2.5 cups of cereal is over 300 calories , along with 1.5 cups of milk, you are looking at nearly 500+ calories in just a bowl. It sounds like a winner to me. What do you all think?
Squat = Not enough
DL = Not enough
Bench = Not enough
Big 3 = Not enough
Depends on the cereal. Stuff like wheaties/plain cheerios/grapenuts/shredded wheat are good sources of fiber/whole grain. Anything with added sugar is loaded with sugar. I lost nearly 70lbs eating a bowl of wheaties/milk for breakfast each morning.
1 cup of quick oats is 300 cals, plus it's a lot more healthy than regular cereals.

I switched to oats and love them. Can't get enough.
1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop whey, splenda/cinammon is an awesome work snack.

I eat grape nuts in large quantities with 1% milk. Each 1/2 cup serving of Grape nuts in 200 cals and I usually eat 1 1/2 cups plus 1 1/2 cups of milk. That's around 800 calories.
Plus they keep you regular!!
Agreed. I could easily eat 2 cups of oats in a sitting as a snack. Mix some natty PB and a mashed up banana in it for a decent snack.

I do 1cup of oatmeal/ 2cups of skim milk/1 or 2 tbsp of natty PB/3/4cup of total protein cereal(just to add a nice crunch and its good for you) thats one combo I use for oatmeal. I don't mix in the cereal I just leave it ontop of the oatmeal b/c then the heat gets it all mushy and that destroys the whole purpose of putting in that little bit of cereal hehe.

Unreal, I also lost a lot of weight eating cereal.. I was taking like 15 mg of ephedrine from GNC also. I went from a chubby 190ish to 135lbs at 6'. Now I'm up to 195lbs except I have a lot more muscle mass.
