    Overtraining?

    This is my routine for the week:

    Monday - triceps, chest

    5 exersizes 4sets 8x each - tricep
    flat bench, incline bench 4sets 8x each - chest

    time in gym: 60 mins

    Tuesday - biceps and back


    5 exersizes 4sets 8x each - bicep
    5 exersizes 4sets 8x each - back ( Whole )

    time in gym: 60mins to and 1hour & a 1/2

    Wednesday - shoulders

    5 exersizes 4sets 8x each

    time in gym:40 mins

    Thursday - Legs

    leg squats - 3 sets of 15-9 or 9-8-7
    deadlift - 3sets of 15 - 9 or 9-8-7
    standing calf raises 4 sets of 15 - 12 - 12 - 12
    standing toe raises 4 sets of 15 - 12 - 12 - 12


    time in gym: 1hr

    Friday - off
    Saturday - off

    Sunday - legs ( Isolated exersizes )

    Leg curl - 3 sets of 8 - 8 - 8 - 8
    Reverse Leg curl - 3 - sets of 4 sets of 8
    seated calf raise - 4 sets of 15 - 12 - 12 - 12
    Seated leg press - 3 sets of 8 - 8 - 8

    Time in gym: 40mins

    personally I'd cancel sunday and incorporate those moves into thurs, or just stick with what you are already doing on thurs. Switch wed. and Fri.

    I'm going to agree with Neil about your leg days. I think on Sunday you'll be way to sore to do any more exercises for you legs.
    If your wanting to workout legs two times a week. Split up your quads and hams.

    Also, are those sets listed work sets? Are they to or near failure? Seems like more sets than you should need.

    Best Meet Lifts(Multi-ply):

    @181- 700 SQ 375 BE 535 DL.....1605 total
    Best Gym Lifts(Raw w/wraps)
    515 SQ 302.5 BE 585 DL
