I know there are videos on here for all of the WBB exercises, but watching and actually doing them properly are 2 different things for me. Would it be advisable for me to hire a personal trainer for an hour and make sure I have the form for all the WBB1 exercises down properly? I am most worried about having proper form on the squat and deadlift
PTs often screw things up (theyll tell you not to do stuff you should be doing or vice versa), get a coach or an expierienced lifter who has good form if you can find one.
Any idea where I could locate someone like that? I realy do not know anything in the lifting scene right now
Arnt there any serious lifters in your gym? If you approach them politly and ask them if they can check out your form, they'll probably do it.
I can check. I just signed up at the gym last week and have only gone twice so far. I am just getting into this lifting thing now as I am sick of being too small.
