Dont say its not enough food either. I work costruction 10-12 hours a day and hit the gym for 2 hours afterwards and i dont even get hungry.

Also how much did you weigh when you started and what are you at now? Usually first 2 weeks youll lose like 6-8 pounds and then 1-2 pounds a week after that. I dropped 24ish pounds with ease when i stopped tring to bulk up.

The hell with all that cardio unless your a real lard ass. 1-2 hours a day of moderate lifting but at a constant pace will give you your cardio/weight training combo. Losing weight is all what you eat. Muscle will always weight more then fat so if your not dropping weight like you should at first its b/c your putting on muscle.

on edit: thats alot of water to be drinking unless your really sweating it out.

He's simply generalizing 99.999999999999999721267361% of the world with how much HE needs to eat and what HIS body responds to.

And 2 hours a day, 7 days a week is far too much even for the heavist roid users unless working superbly low intensity and volume. A level of intensity so low that even the lowest of low intensity workers find it low intensity.

Translating: "Don't drink COFFEE - that might give you energy and mobilize fat stores. Drink fructose-laden OJ instead - that way, you can load up on that oh-so-precious LIVER glycogen while giving yourself an insulin response (that you don't need) from the OTHER sugars in the juice" ... "you'll be packing on so much muscle from this super-low calorie diet with super-lame workouts, don't expect to see a big drop in the scale..."
