He's simply generalizing 99.999999999999999721267361% of the world with how much HE needs to eat and what HIS body responds to.
And 2 hours a day, 7 days a week is far too much even for the heavist roid users unless working superbly low intensity and volume. A level of intensity so low that even the lowest of low intensity workers find it low intensity.
