    Waterbury's Hybrid Hypertrophy

    Has anyone tried this workout yet? I was looking for something to really shock my system for a short period and this 4 week workout popped to mind. I was planning on doing it in the month of July or so. Looks pretty interesting but wondered if anyone had any experience with it.

    Wow that is intense. It seems well put together, but will be tough as hell. Day 5, box squats 75 sec after rack pulls, ouch. Day 1 Deads and front squats. Good luck keep a journal, i'll give it a read.
