Thread: Headaches

    I kickbox, and after a bout I usually get headaches. At first I thought it was from getting hit in the head, but when reviewing the tapes it appeared that I really didn't get hit that badly in the head (well not badly enough to start getting really bad headaches). This almost never happens during training or weightlifting.

    So it's either from overexherting getting hit in the head.

    Has anything similar ever happened to any of you guys?

    I used to get exertion headaches extremely badly, but they just stopped after a while.

    Do a search under the bodybuilding forum, you should be able to pull up the thread.

    Are you taking any thermogenic supplements? Are you taking any supplements that could cause this?

    how long has it been happening?

    I'd be tempted to go see a doctor to be on the safe side.
