I just got my Creatine 500 + multi vitamins in the mail.
The creatine says "take once daily". When is the best time to take it? In the morning? Before lifting? After lifting? This is my first time with creatine and searching didn't help too much.
Also, the vitamins serving size is "3 daily". Do you take them all at once in the morning or spread them out through the day?
Creatine can be taken at any time but the best times are probably right after your workout or in the morning on non-training days. Something else you can try is breaking the dose up into 2-3 different servings throughout the day.
With Multi-Plus I recommend you take them all at once in the morning (they are big tablets, you don't need to take all 3 simultaneously).
