The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

normally i listen to greenday, system of a down, staind, chili peppers, limp bizkit, linkin park, metallica, rage against the machine that sorta thing but for work outs you gotta put on some 80's hero ****, like the rocky 4 sound track, no easy way out, burning heart, hearts on fire, training montage, actually any rocky sound track gets ya going man, eye of the tiger that sorta ****

Okay, I'll tell you what I listen to if you promise not to laugh!

I listen to the Soundtracks from Conan!

    For example:

    (from "Conan The Barbarian")
    Theme/Title Song
    Anvil of Crom
    The Gladiator Theme

    (From "Conan The Destroyer")
    Theme/Title song
    Approach to Shadizaar
    Riders of Taramis

I just always loved the music to those two movies...There's just something really Majestic about it. It reminds me of Orff's "O' Fortuna from Carmina Burana" (Everyone recognizes this as the music from Excalibur. It kind of sounds like the music to the Omen with all the Choral parts in Latin.)

I Like Metal, but none of the "Nu-Metal", I like Bands like Manowar (The Kings of Metal- who also happen to be body builders, especially their singer- Eric Adams, that guy looks like a short Conan!) , Warlord, Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Narnia, Wizard...all the "Fantasy"/Sword & Sorcery types of bands.

    AC/DC !!!!!!

Angus plays like a Gawd, and they made a video with my idol, Arnold, it doesnt get better than that.

But I Think the real question is wich is better, AC/DC or Metallica, well, AC/DC is a fun loving action all the way band, and Metallica is a bunch of white trash dudes who hates everything and cries like babies, but they sure make some cool songs and made Metal what it was.
A big thanks to all my friends in the USA, I am deeply grateful for your hospitality and kindness.
