    Lower back irritation..

    For the past few weeks my lower back has been irritating me. Paining every so often and just being a thorn in my side. It hasnt been intense pain, just a bit of an ache....Is there any good exercises out there I can do to get the pressure off of it???

    Anything that works out out the spinal erectors helps me - those reverse crunch machines for example.

    People wonder why I call myself Mr. T. One dude asked, 'does the T stand for tough?' I said no. Another dude asked if the T stands for my last name, Tureaud. No it does not. The 'T' in Mr. T stands for tuna. T loves tuna.
