    Actually, I am eating. I have increased my diet upto 4700 calories and I've put on about 7lbs. since these pictures were taken. I will be bulking upto about 180lbs and then do another slow cut. I am hoping that by mid Oct I will have the weight. Also, I have added pull-ups for my lats. Don't know how much I will be able to improve legs, I hurt my back about 2 weeks ago and now squats are out once again.
    PAINS A GOOD THING. IT LETS YOU KNOW YOU'RE STILL ALIVE.
