    How bad are these?

How bad is this Grilled Chicken Taco from Whataburger on a mostly clean bulk?
The only 'dirty' thing about them, is the Tortilla, as far as I know.

is the 1000mg Sodium or Salt?

RDA of Salt is 6,000mg if i remember right. Sodium is about 40% of salt, if its 1000mg of Sodium in that Taco, i would think its a bit high. but then again depends on how much Sodium your getting in your body from the rest of your diet.
