Is there any rule as to how quickly you can bulk before you are gaining useless fat?
In the past month I have gained an average of just over 2lbs/week according to fit day. I have noticed almost no new fat and all my lifts are improving quickly. But I have heard that when you lose weight, fat first comes off of your organs (visceral fat loss I think it is called), so I was just wondering if fat gain worked the same way. Am I just gaining a lot of fat inside of me?
