Boston beats Indiana(50/50 on this one)
    Chicago beats Washington

    West
    Phoenix beats Memphis
Denver beats San Antonio(Denver is the hottest team on the planet right now)
    Sacramento beats Seattle
    Houston beats Dallas

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Wow, I can't believe you just said that. Are you a Lakers fan or something?

This is probably going to be the most exciting NBA playoffs in recent history! I don't even like basketball that much and I'm STOKED for these playoffs. There's so many good teams, and I don't think anyone can really call who will take it all...even in the first round so many of those matchups could go either way.

Speaking of traitors, shouldn't you be cheering for the GRIZZLIES against the Suns in the first round? It's not going to happen, but you still have to cheer for the guys who were once the "home" team...if not, you can take a 2-hour drive down to Seattle and cheer for the Sonics...that is if you're calling people traitors .

Errr, this is 2005, the Grizzles are part of Memphis, not Vancouver.

So if you were an Expos fan up until last year, you shouldn't cheer for the Nationals?

That explains why you took them in the first round .

I don't know, maybe I'm just grasping at straws because this time of year is meant for hockey playoffs and I miss them badly, but I think these playoffs should be phenomenal! (Going to Vegas next week helps too...can't wait to bet on some of these games )

the Kings may win the first round, but won't go any farther. They will be lucky to win the first round too, I just don't think Seattle is as good as their record says.

I think it's safe to say that neither team will make it past the second round, but the Sonics "should" be able to make it there.

I think a team carries more weight in your decision of who to cheer for than an individual player...Bah, who cares, cheer for the Suns. At least that way you won't be disappointed. I'd be shocked if the Grizzlies could even force a Game 5.

It will be San Antonio and Detroit in the finals, San Antonio in 5. Shaq wont get past the Wallaces, they will own him like they did last year. Hell, Miami will be lucky to squeak by NJ id say. The nets have been playing great ball lately. Vince carter finally feels like playing basketball.

If Tim Duncan is healthy, I say Spurs win it all. If not, Pistons.
