The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I think you mean "tunes"? I don't listen to cartoons when I'm falling asleep. I don't listen to anything except the sound of my wife breathing and the clock ticking.

Either nothing or fall asleep watching TV.

As for music that calms me, stuff like Keane and R&B slow jams tend to do it.

Pink floyd. Nothing like Comfortably Numb to put ya right to bed. (Sometimes mixed with a little um.. "sleep aid")

Edit: Actually I really don't listen to music when I go to sleep, but I can relax before bed with some of that stuff.

Not really a fan of their original music, but I must say The String Quartet Tribute to Coldplay and Incubus, as well as a bunch of other different bands also, is really good for relaxing.

I really have to get some sleep soon lol. I have serious trouble sleeping though because i can't relax, my mind is racing nonstop.

Listening to some pinky floyd comfortably numb sounds good though.

    Maybe it'll relax me lol

Heh. Pink Floyd is great sleeping music. I used to fall asleep to that in high school. Led Zep's Houses of the Holy, REM's Automatic for the People, or Massive Attack (esp. "Teardrops"), Hooverphonic, Halou, Mazzy Star, Sneaker Pimps, and Orbital are some other good ones that lull you to sleep.

    The sound of Xanax dissolving.

Seriously, I don't listen to anything when falling asleep- music keeps me up. If I want to relax I put on some Russian oldies (I won't recommend it for anyone else, though).

    Braveheart soundtrack.

People wonder why I call myself Mr. T. One dude asked, 'does the T stand for tough?' I said no. Another dude asked if the T stands for my last name, Tureaud. No it does not. The 'T' in Mr. T stands for tuna. T loves tuna.

I have a "Let's Relax" playlist on my iPod. It's got some Trans Siberian Railroad (I can listen to Christmas music all year), Enya, Tangerine Dream, Mozart, Dvorak, Dave Brubeck, Chick Corea, Branford Marsalis, Billie Holiday, Stevie Ray Vaughn...
